HBO MAX is one of the largest streaming networks in the world. Since it’s pre-launch, I've been the ACD responsible for the creative team with direct relationship with the Latam and USA company. The content was focused in strategy exploring the deep relationship with the fandom and entertainment, going beyond movies and series and using influencers as well. As result the subscribers target was hit x3 in 2 months and our networks create more than 200 comments day.
